Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment and systems.
• Complete all work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow company protocols and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Perform routine service and inspections on equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC/R experience required.
• Rack System Refrigeration is a plus
• Hotside experience is preferred, but Coldside-only technicians will be considered.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday, with overtime as needed.

Additional Information:

• $30-50/HR
• Full-time, day shift position.
• $5,000 signing bonus available.
